Professional gelato just like from a Gelateria 1 May 2012

Had owned a Magimix where you put the bowl in the freezer. Useless ice cream. Too many ice crystals. Owned a Cuisinart Deluxe - even worse. Thick layers of frozen ice cream on walls and bottom of bowl.

Bought Nemox Gelato Pro 2000 because Marco from Coffeeitalia had recommended it. Wanted to buy the Nemox Gelatissimo first but I am glad I didn't. Nemox Gelato Pro 2000 doesn't make such a noise. Very sturdy build. Not noisy. Fast rotating stainless steel paddle. Ice cream comes out in the same consistence like from a Gelateria and not so soft like soft ice cream. No removable bowl but still easy to clean and saves you the money you would otherwise have to spend for alcohol to add between two bowls. Got machine for a good price. Well worth it.
