Product Description
70cl 60% abv Nemesinthe absinthe is the product of development between Liqueurs de France and an innovative Swiss company which was commissioned to co-develop a modern absinthe aimed at contemporary drinkers. Nemesinthe absinthe is produced at the Timbermill Distillery in South West London, famous for producing Bacardi's new ultra-premium Oxley gin. Nemesinthe is a link with history, a drink that conjures up the romance of the Belle Époque, with a fresh taste and original kick that will appeal to modern drinkers. Nemesinthe absinthe is best enjoyed mixed with three to five measures of cold water and can be used as the base of traditional and modern absinthe cocktails. Pour 1 measure of Nemesinthe absinthe into a tall, stemmed glass and slowly add three to four measures of chilled water. If desired the water can be poured over a sugar cube placed on a slotted absinthe spoon.

I've never heard of this particular brand of Absinthe before finding it with an Amazon.co.uk search---I have tried many and have quite the selection of Absinthes in my home. To be honest, I ordered it because I liked the name and the price was right!!
What a pleasant surprise! It is not only good---Nemesinthe is SUPERB!!! The anise/licorice flavor is really bold, though not too bitter and the euphoric effects from the wormwood is ALL GOOD!! It louches really well and is delightful in moderation.
I recommend this to anyone who is fond of the unusual flavor of Absinthe. Drink responsibly!!

I had never had an Absinthe before and spent far to many years saying I was going too; yet never doing so. I finally got around to ordering one and wanting to have a good shot at enjoying it I plumped for this bottle. It seemed to have good reviews and a reasonable price.
I have been thoroughly enjoying this since it arrived and have let a few friends and family sample it. Initially it starts with a lovely smooth flavour that I have found very pleasant, this gives way to pure nuclear fire. I'm not an expert on drinks, I only know what I do and don't like. This is a very good drink, just go steady with it :)
