I was preparing to do my driving test and uncharactaristicly nervous. I bought this product on recomendation from the BSM website. I am quite a sceptical person but as this stage I was willing to try anything to calm my nerves!!!! Two good squirts on the tongue 20 mins bfore my test (and if I'm honest another two just before I got in the car!) I was still a bit nervous but nowhere near the abject terror I had been feeling. 10 minutes in to my test and I was calm and actually enjoying myself! The great thing is you don't feel it working..it has no perceptible effects, I just found that I did not get the waves of terror and panic I had been experiencing without usting the spray. I have since used it to coax myself into motorway driving and found the same results. All in all 5 stars from me ***** I would recomend this product to anyone who needs to be calm and deal with a stressfull situation. Jenbo! x

The first remedy I came across was actually Olive which is marvellous for exhaustion - it helped me get home safely after a party when I was probably too tired to drive really.
I know various belly dancers and other performers who swear by a drop or two or a squirt or two of rescue remedy to counter any trauma or fear before performance. Whilst there are other remedies available for specific emotional states the rescue remedies 5 remedy mix is great for what it's described for - sudden trauma, shock, panic, such as after an accident or assault but it really is a gem for performers too.
I liked it so much myself I now own books on the subject, have taken a correspondence training course, and have a set of the full Bach remedies kit - I look forward to becoming a fully qualified Bach practitioner to compliment my Life Coaching work but the great joy is that it is so accessible to anyone - if you can put drops in your mouth (or in this case a spray) you can use Bach remedies safely :)

Purchased this on May 2010. wish I could have got this sooner. Its brilliant stuff. Works super well for me. Few days ago I finished my degree, and it has really helped me through my exams and all the time when I'm so stressed. I get extremely nervous when it comes to exams and presentations etc. I wont be able to sleep or eat, and would have sweaty palms, headaches and basically wont be able to concentrate. But with 2 splash of Rescue Remedy I'm good to go and do any sort of thing related to stress and nerves. Frankly after using Rescue Remedy I have scored 1st in many exams, I believe, it is because Rescue remedy put your mind at ease and helps keep calm all time and therefore able to think well and no more sweaty hands which is vital for exams. Rescue Remedy is all organic so no side effects. the taste is not unpleasant either :) and ye now I use it all the time, even when I have to take a flight. I have it with me all the time. Rescue Remedy have never failed me.tee hee:D Highly recommend it.

Yes it seems to work
