My cat has been the most stressed out moggy these last 3 years - she's 15, and they get terribly anxious as they get older. If I'm home late from work she stresses out (she actually had to go on a drip the other day as a result). When my parents come to visit (rather unfortunately with their dog) the situation is unbearable. Angry, jealous, anxious, cat, spitting all the time, refuses to calm down for the duration of their stay, despite feliway diffusers galore, feliway spray and zylkene everyday. I also have to feed her by hand, otherwise she sleeps all day and forgets to eat. I can't give her a tranquilliser when they come because she has a slight heart murmur. So that's the background.
All that has changed: 4-5 drops of this absolute miracle product rubbed on her ears, and she is the softest, happiest, full of energy little puss I have ever seen. It is a complete transformation. She spent an hour in the garden with the dog yesterday, and just ignored her and went about her own business - wasn't troubled by her in the slightest. Later we went out, and returned at about midnight - and it was similarly no problem. She's also just far less demanding during the day time. Her appetite is healthier. I really can't believe it. Feliway and Zylkene helped a wee bit, but this product is just truly amazing. I've just got my life back and so has she!! I haven't used the animal one - wasn't available in the shop I bought it from, hence why this opinion is added here.

I have used quite a lot of the different Bach Flower Remedies and this one is most useful for panic attacks or suddent bouts of nerves/anxiety. I know quite a few people who use this before flying or taking an exam. In the past I have found that it helped me to quickly gain perspective on the 'real' situation and find grounding again. My only slight criticism would be that I wish someone would find a way to make it more palatable if taken neat! It's diluted in brandy which tastes quite harsh, so if you use it at work your boss might think you've been drinking. But it most definitely works and is doubly appreciated for not being a harmful or addictive medication.

I would recommend this, I wasn't expecting miracles, I never got miracles, but I did get serenity and an unbroken nights sleep- I'd buy it again !

Does not do anything for me
I tried it during a flight and as sleep aid and have not noticed any psychological or physical changes. It's as if I just drunk a few drops of water. At least it did not taste bad.
