Decent, but disappointed 5 Dec 2011

As others may have said. It was smaller than I expected and it didn't come with a power cord... which is all fair because its as only $5.

I was primarily disappointed with how dim it ended up being. In a perfectly pitch black room, the stars will be blurry and faint on the walls. Also because of the way it's shaped, there's an obvious circle of stars that projects on the ceiling apart from the radial stars on the rest of the room, which detracts from the effect. It does have a color fading nebula effect that only shows in the circular part on the ceiling that I just mentioned. Overall, it definitely is worth $5, take that for what it is... I'll eventually look for something better than this for what I wanted.

Nice product for the price 10 Nov 2011

This is a pretty cool star projector, when you think it only costs 5 bucks. I like how it slowly fades into different colors, or you can just have it showing all white "stars" if you want. My only gripe is that the top plastic rim often comes off because it is not glued on, and made of cheap/thin plastic. Kind of annoying having to snap it back on all the time. Of course, I cant really complain b/c it was only $5. Other than that, great projector, looks cool with all the lights off.

Lacking 5 Dec 2011

Received the Star Master quickly, however, even after putting new batteries in I couldn't get it to turn on. Had my husband play with it and it finally came on. Has a spot for a power cord, but didn't come with one. Very flimsy design. Can't see the red and greed LED lights. Not as bright as I had hoped for my daughter's room. Instructions and box where in a different language so I don't know what to do with the months that are listed on the light.
