I ordered this product as a replacement for my original windscreen mount, I have a 4yr old Garmin Nuvi 250, the description is accurate so I knew it would be exactly what I wanted and it fits perfectly. The price is good value for money. It was very well packed and arrived within a couple of days, you can't ask for better service than that. I would certainly buy from this seller again. A previous purchaser said - difficult to get the 'ball' in the 'socket' - simples - put the 'ball' under the cold tap & the 'socket' under the hot tap - Bingo. Adjustment is stiff - Top Tip apply a little Vaseline to your balls !! Swivels OK then Not a genuine Garmin part but does the job at a fraction of the price - Halfords want £16.99

First one broke...
...at the moment, not happy: first one supplied failed imemdiately on use, dropping Nuvi on the floor! Plastic component within the suction housing failed.

Useful Product - Recommended
Good product, Strong and durable. Ball a little difficult to pop into the socket but once that issue was overcome it was fine. Good sucction, keeps the Sat Nav stuck to the window.
