Navitech Friction Mount 28 Sep 2010

I needed a mount to postion on the curved shaped dash of a Mondeo, for a passengers benifit and one which could be put away when not needed. This mount can be moulded to the shape of the dash and the silcon based pad underneath provides good addesion when the car is moving. I have tried it with sudden movements and cornering and it does not seem to want to move. Im happy with what does, a good buy. I have not compared this with other friction mounts, other than price, which it is competetitive.

The Navitech Friction bean bag is very useful because it actually does not move when placed on the dash of any vehicle so making it easy to operate it has my 4star rating

I bought it because I need something not too expensive, but it do not work very well, it moves on the board during some corners and that is very dangerous, for the price I did not want to return it

Garmin Nuvii 1300 dashboard mount

Very pleased with this item. Stays in place on dash board and comes with the correct holding mounting, which is good.
