This item needs a further adaptor to connect to UK mains sockets. Not explained in description. Item was returned

The product description says "The home charger comes with the plug required in the UK". It does not. It comes with a plug suitable for use in EU countries, and will not work in the UK without an addition adapter which is not supplied with the product. I returned the adapter to Amazon and asked for a replacement for use in the UK, but the replacement was identical to the original one that was sent.
