the zip is easy for my nearly 3 year old to open and close without it coming open on its' own. Both the carry handle and adjustable shoulder strap are well attached and the overall 'build quality' is good.
inside is a stretchy velcro loop (for holding bottles in place?) It is a good size, as although it looks slim I can fit in a tub with pasta or salad in fine & you can put a bottle of fruit shoot type size in nicely.
the giraffe is slightly embossed in places which is very nice to touch. the image is only on the front.
easy to wipe clean. the inside is grey/silver.
I love the gender non-specific colours as does my little girl who picked this from the pictures online.

I bought this lunch box for my 5 year old last Christmas and she loves it. It's just the right size and has lasted really well all year. The long strap makes it easy for her to carry herself over her shoulder. We've had loads of nice comments about it! I'm back looking for another one -this time I'll try the spider!!
