There is also a database of single/double parking pips and penalty charge hotspots across London, which will help you avoid a parking ticket if you cant find a empty or convenient loading bay.
Free 2009 Map and Transport Updates
Throughout 2009 we will be making new mapping and transport data updates available to all our ProNav customers to ensure that your ProNav is kept up to date with new roads and any road restrictions like bridge height restrictions.
Updates will be free of charge and be available approximately at the end of every quarter throughout 2009 to download from the website. For a small fee of £4.99 (to cover processing, postage and packing) you can also opt to receive the update on CDROM. Details about purchasing the update on CDROM will be provided on the website at the time the update is made available to download.
To receive your free map and transport updates, just register for safety cameras and we will then notify you automatically by email when an update is available for you to download. That's it, nice and simple!

after six months I have had enough just as well it packed in. It has limped through the last six months of its life freezing on average five times per day. The mapping in Scotland is shocking,set at 14ft 6inches it sends you through low bridges and weight limits.To be fair to Amazon they are to replace it without involving the manufacturer who do not want to know you. Lets see how long this replacement lasts. I wish Sony would come up with one as I have a five year old machine from them that has not let me down and I have to keep relying on

I received the item from Germany it took just over a week to get to me.
I followed the instructions and charged it up over night but when I came to turn it on.....NOTHING !!!!! I phoned the company in Germany who were very helpful and sent me a return label. I waited a full month but heard nothing at all so called them again. They said the item was in transit and had not yet been received by them from a depot in UK but also said they would send me a "refund". As they used the word "refund" I went out and purchased one from a local dealer then waited for another week. No refund arrived so I called them once more and was told the replacement item was now in transit to me. When I complained that they said I would get a refund they told me to refuse the delivery which when the item arrived ten days later, I did. After numerous emails and phone calls and a full month later I received my refund via Amazon. I accept that in this life we do hit problems but the trick is to react to that problem quickly to avoid a dissatisfied customer. I can not recommend dealing with this company due to their slow response to a problem (two months)but I give them full marks for sending so many emails even if the action was not forthcoming.

I agree with all the other reviews of this so called sat nav for large vehicles,plus if you want to listen to the thing, keep your windows shut, turn the radio off and get about six inch to it,I cannot see how this product has been tested in a truck by navevo, come back tom tom all is forgiven
