Format: Paperback
I bought this for the Lora Leigh book, Nauti Kisses, and was intrigued to know whose tale it was, as I'd not been able to find any blurb about the characters, not even on LL's website itself, and it turned out to be that of John Walker Jnr, brother of Rogue from the last book. After reading the tale, I've concluded that the lack of info was a deliberate marketing tool for a mediocre/only ok novella (146 pages long). It was ok is about all that I can say about it. The storyline is the same pretty much as all of the other Nauti books - a baddie is stalking the female lead, and the male lead goes all macho and protective, keeps the female on one of the houseboats (here it's the Nauti Wet Dream, but is also referred to Nauti Dream) on the water at the Mackay Marina and saves the day. This book was not as good as the others, as John wasn't really part of the posse that we've come to know, and I don't recall Sierra being mentioned previously (I may be wrong), and didn't really add anything to the series, other than providing a means of us seeing the leads from the previous books living their HEAs with their babies. The sex was only hot-ish, certainly not as hot nor as descriptive nor as plentiful as in the other Nauti books and Sierra wasn't as feisty, and as I say, the book IMHO wasn't necessary - contrary to what the author says in her dedication - to end the series.

Surprisingly, I found the JC Burton tale to be a tad better (200 pages), and I actually read this first, though I had intended to skim-read it only, and to savour the LL tale. This has been done before, and apparently the author has done several Wild books already, as I think we meet several of the previous male leads, but it did not inspire me to track down and read any more.

Nauti Kisses by Lora Leigh
length: 145 pages

review
One blurry night changed everything between Sierra and John (he's Rogue's brother) and even now, one year later, he doesn't know what really happened that made Sierra stay back from him. When she is attacked and seriously hurt John wants nothing more than to protect her and get her back into his life.
Sierra is sent to John's new home in Somerset and together with the Mackays he will do everything to find her attacker. And he will do everything to convince her of his love.

I was excited to read the final book in the Nauti series and to see more of the people I met in the previous books. Nauti Kisses grabbed my interest from the first page and entertained me a lot. The storyline is a combination of everything that I liked in the former books and both Sierra and John are great characters. Both are strong and caring persons and I enjoyed reading about their relationship.
I also loved meeting the Mckays and co. again. To see them with their children was so cute and just the perfect way to end this fantastic series.

final appraisal
The last part in the Nauti series was IMO just perfect. Even though the book is short I didn't feel like I missed out on anything. Everything I love about this series was combined in "Nauti Kisses": strong heros, smart and witty heroines, lots of hot scenes and a sweet love story.

Nauti series
1. Nauti Boy (2007)
2. Nauti Nights (2007)
3. Nauti Dreams (2008)
4. Nauti Intentions (2009)
5. Nauti Deceptions (2010)
6. Nauti Kisses (2010)

Lora Leigh gives us another glimps into her nauti series, hopefully not the last! I loved the other books in this series and although the story was shorter, this one didn't dissapoint either.
