I've previously read and enjoyed a number of their titles, most of which are erotic short stories. Some like the 'Five Minute Fantasies' and the 'Down and Dirty' series have around 60 very short stories, but most of the books have about 20 medium length stories. One or two of the titles I thought were not so hot, but most of them I have really enjoyed. A lot of them have a fairly specific theme, so I suggest you start with one that is nearest to your kink. Some of them are general erotica rather than kink as such. But all these books often have stories from well known fetish writers and editors. I find them far better written than say books of confessions which are not professionally written or badly written on-line stories. Mostly they end in sex, but the variety of scenarios give the stories a freshness even if you have read similar stories before.
I have read a fair number of fetish novels from other publishers, but often I find the story woven around the fetish scenes are hard to believe across a whole series of scenes and feel perhaps the short story is the perfect vehicle for getting in the mood, getting ideas for different scenarios etc, and seeing a variety of relationships and kinks at work.
I was not sure I would enjoy Naughty Spanking 3 because, spanking is just one part of what we do. I thought it might get a little sameish. People who have spanking as their main focus have always seemed to me like people having the run of the sweet shop and just eating the marshmallows and nothing else. Also some spanking literature seems to focus merely on the corporal punishment aspect and does not put spanking in the midst of erotic encounters. But actually I have read through it and really enjoyed it. Many of them play nicely on Dom \ Sub encounters as well as all having spanking in some way included. There are stories covering fairly standard scenarios such as a school for correction of young ladies, Mistresses and Gamekeepers, Masters and Governesses, Doctors and patients needing treatment for their spanking fetish. a TV training academy, and even a somewhat humorous retelling of Sleeping Beauty but they stand as original stories and not just well worn fantasies.
Personal taste in erotica seems to vary tremendously. I find these just right. They do not skim over the sexual parts or use euphemisms to avoid sexy language, but neither are they the sort of porn that doesn't rise beyond the mechanics of sex. I certainly found them both arousing and intelligent. For me spanking is best experienced as part of sex and power games, and many of these stories would certainly awaken anyone to the potential of erotic spanking in and out of the bedroom.
