I bought this because I wanted a good garlic pill that actually seemed to be as good as eating raw garlic. One way I know that it is getting into my system is about an hour after taking the pill, you can kind of taste the garlic. I have read that it is a sign that the pill actually dissolved and got into your system. Very happy with.

My wife quickly noticed that this product made me smell like garlic. I thought it may have been the power of suggestion, so I stopped taking it for a week and then snuck one in...and she noticed within hours. Thankfully she will be honest with me - I'd hate to find out much later. It could just be my personal metabolism, but the bottom line is that I had to cease and desist.
I personally never noticed the smell, but you can seldom see your own faults...or smell them, as the case may be.

I started taking this becasue of "the 4 hour body" book. When I ran out, I tried another garlic pill and just couldn't continue to do it as the garlic taste was overwhelming. With Garlicin there is no garlic taste and it has worked as advertised. My cholesterol has dropped.
