Great Multi for Women

Recently, I was looking for a multivitamin that contained the most calcium and RDV of iron in a once-a-day formula. After comparison of several (Women One-A-Day, Nature Made Multi for her), the pharmacist recommended I give this a try because it contained 500 mg of calcium and 18 mg of iron (important for menstruating womem, esp with heavy cycles).
I do not feel the energy as I thought I would; however, I know that I do not eat right all the time so Alive! Women's Energy helps supplement the areas where I lack. Plus, the taste isn't bad, but because of the large amount of calcium, the pills are fairly large.
I just began to split the once-a-day dosage in half-morning and half in the evening(contains B-vitamins that may keep one awake if taken too late) per the advice of Dr. Oz appearance on the Oprah show. Supposedly, the body absorbs the multi better when split in half and there are less to any side effects when taken with a meal if directions stated that. I have noticed that my urine isn't that yellow as it usual is with taking it all at once.

Great Vitamin

I started taking these vitamins, I wasnt really expecting much of a change only because in the past I never felt a change when I tokk vitamins. I was pleasantly surprised when I took this vitamin I had so much energy the first day. I dont usually write reviews but this vitamin is just that good I had to write something.My husband calls this my power pellet :))

Better than the rest

I have been taking Womens One a Day for a long time, but I recently heard some very good things about this product and knew of some people that were already taking it. I decided to give it a try because I am always tired and this is supposed to be a great energizer. I have to say though, the price for these is pretty steep compared to other brands and you don't get as many in the bottle as other brands. The pill is quite large and has a funny smell and taste. However, after a while you get used to all that. I noticed a difference the first day taking these. I had a lot more energy. I feel a lot better throughout the day. I will definately keep taking these despite the price, definately worth it to me! Highly recommend!
