If you are starting, or in the middle of Menopause...this is for you. Within three days of starting this, my hot flashes stopped completely. No more night sweats, no more getting up three and four times in the middle of the night..........what a godsend. I feel like me again. My mother has taken this for about 20 years and told me about it when I started to have symptoms of "the change". I showed it to my doctor.....it does NOT interfere with most medication people take.

I have extremely painful ovulation before my cycle begins. My ovary aches and throbs like crazy. When it first started to hurt like this I went to the ER thinking something was wrong with me. Shortly thereafter I realized that this would be a normal part of my reality each month.
I have been taking this supplement for only a few days. My ovulation pain started again a couple days ago but something very different happened. It stopped after a few hours and has not returned for a couple days now.
This may not sound like much but when you are used to the pain it is a very big deal. I am not going through the change of life, but the herbs in this supplement are worth more than their weight in gold for me. I can't wait to see if it changes the recurrence of the cysts that I have been getting as well as my PMDD symptoms. I will update as I notice more changes.
You do not need to be going through the change of life to benefit from this supplement.

Really helps hot flashes

I have been using this product for about a year. I take two capsules in the am with breakfast and two with dinner. When I take it faithfully I have not had any hot flashes. If I forget to take it I start getting the flashes again. I actually set a reminder on my cell every morning and evening so I don't forget. It also helped with the sadness I experienced - for no apparent reason.
