Great Product. Was Highly recommended by my gym Trainer. Seams to do the trick.

Each Serving with water is around 600 Cal.

With Milk is around 900 Cal.

Great for bulking up.

Tastes good, expecially with some fruit (bananas etc) blended in with it.

Recommended.

This is an awesome product. The only thing I would recommend is that people spend a couple bucks more to get the larger size (7 lbs) as it does go quick. I went through one 7 pounder taking it five days a week - three scoops before and three scoops after my workout. Minimizing my cardio and taking this stuff I was able to noticeably improve performance and was FINALLY able to add on just shy of seven pounds. NICE!....not to mention the flavor is amazing. Take is with milk and you are good to go. Now it's time to up the cardio and lower my carb intake again. Hopefully their low carb protein keeps me going in the same path as this gainer.
