My mother takes them, I take them and my daughter takes them. My mum started taking them for her menopause and I started taking them on her recommendation for my irregular periods. In both cases we think it has helped us! I have since recommended it to my daughter as she suffers from PMT and she now feels less irritable around her period.

I can't be sure that it had anything to do with the Agnus Castus in fairness but after a years trying I got pregnant a couple of months after taking it so I'm giving it 5 stars!

AC has literally given me my life back ! I struggled with severe, debilitating PMT for many years and, for up to 2 weeks a month, it was a living hell for me and all those around me! How my husband did not leave me, I will forever wonder...
I started taking AC 10 month ago and...what a difference! My PMT now amounts to a very mild irritability that only lasts about two days and the rest of the month I am as happy as I have ever been. And no side effects whatsoever. I would recommend it to anyone and everyone!
