• This box does not contain a serial number. The software cannot be installed immediately.
• Please follow steps included inside the box to obtain the serial number which will enable you to install the product:
• You will be required to complete a simple online form, confirming your details and your proof of academic status.
You will be required to submit one of the following statuses:
1. A valid email address that is associated with your accredited education institution.
2. Copy of student ID card / registration card.
3. Letter or Correspondence* from academic institution confirming EDU status. Confirmation must be on letterhead paper and signed by a lecturer / teacher if you are a student** or by colleague (including contact details) if you are a lecturer / teacher.
* Correspondence can be a letter from school addressed to the pupil at their home address.
** Students under 18 are required to complete No 3 as form of validation.
4. Your registered charity number.
Once you have submitted your online form and proof, your application will be processed. Providing the proof is sufficient, the serial number will be released to you via email within 24 hours.
• If the form is incomplete or confirmation of academic or registered charity status is not submitted, your form will be held and your serial number will not be emailed. You will receive an email within 24 hours informing you of this.

Customer Reviews
Prior to buying the software I read reviews claiming that the microphone which ships with the product was not accurate enough and that the whole system benefited greatly from buying a more accurate headset. I must say I have found the headset more than adequate and it does appear to speed up the recognition process as oppose to the USB desktop microphone I purchased separately.
All in all an excellent product that I really now cannot imagine myself without.
(This review was written using Nuance Dragon naturally speaking 11.5 it only made two small mistakes.)
