I had the pleasure of previewing this book to provide a cover quote - and I was more than happy to endorse this exceptional cookbook. Ricki's recipes reflect her dedication to her craft... they are precise, reliable, creative, and most importantly delicious! I like to call Ricki a wizard, because she can transform the sweets we love into delights that are much healthier - and suitable for so many folks with allergy concerns. This book isn't JUST for those with allergy concerns, however. It is a beautifully crafted desserts book that deserves dog-eared pages and splatters in any baker's kitchen. But for those that do want gluten-free, dairy-free, vegan, and lower glycemic treats - Naturally Sweet & Gluten-Free is a game-changer. These desserts will impress!

I absolutely loved this book and have already made five recipes from it. As someone who also bakes gluten-free and vegan, I am astounded at the healthiness in these treats, the wonderful texture, and the consistent results. One of my top ten cookbooks from the last few years. Highly recommended!

Naturally Sweet & Gluten Free is a dessert book after my own family's hearts (and stomachs).

No gluten. No eggs. No dairy. No refined sugars. Horrah!

There are 100 recipes that fit the allergy-friendly bill including some that will most definitely be on my son's dessert plate, like Frosted Vanilla Cupcakes, and others destined for mine. I'm already a fan of the Grain-Free Coconut Flour Biscuits which I ate with homemade applesauce this morning. (Yum!)

Coconut flour is a fantastic alternative to use when eating gluten and grain-free, but the road to success is not so easy without the use of eggs. Ricki does an amazing job of it with these biscuits. It's one reason why I love her so. She exhibits a dexterity with ingredients that keeps the kitchen experiments playful and pleasing each and every time..

I am not an experienced baker, so baking cookbooks can sometimes frighten me. But Ricki Heller's new book Naturally Sweet & Gluten-Free is just perfect. Any cookbook that can help you make a healthier version of butter tarts is great in my world. Ms Heller starts off the book with super helpful tips about gluten-free baking (and shopping) that really saved me time and lots of bad batches. She has simplified a lot of the complexity I expected in a gluten-free type of book while being flexible around ingredient options. The photos are gorgeous and my Sunshine Breakfast Loaf actually looked like her photos. Next up for brunch on the weekend are Zucchini-Pineapple muffins. I'm already eagerly planning for cinnamon buns or cinnamon crum coffee cake for Christmas morning and the Date-Free Squares at Thanksgiving. I highly recommend this book whether you are going gluten-free, or simply want some great baked goods that are fresh, natural and delicious.

I love this book! It's beautiful to look at and includes recipes for any kind of treat that you can imagine. The only thing missing from these vegan and gluten-free, naturally sweetened recipes is guilt!
