This book tells you how to clean (primarily house and clothes) using easily sourced 'natural' ingredients, such as bicarbonate of soda and white vinegar.
This book is cheap, it's British (so you therefore know that you can source the ingredients recommended) and it has a useful list of stains and "natural" ways of removing these stains. It also sticks to essential oils for fragrance, no synthetic fragrances (unlike Clean House, Clean Planet), so thumbs up for that.
The home made cleaning recipes are good as well, but very similair to Clean House, Clean Planet by Karen Logan, which I prefer as it discusses each cleaner in more depth. I'd probably recommend this book over that one though, because I think it's a real bargain and it does contain lots of useful info for environmentally, and home and people and animal, friendly ways to clean your house and clothes.
