This book outlines the possible causes of tinnitus and then offers some self-help and lifestyle changes. I thought the section on the importance of diet was very informative.
If you suffer with tinnitus this little book is well worth a read.

Purporting to help tinnitus sufferers, this is really a green diatribe full of unsupported assertions about dietary fads which may have helped the author but are unlikely to have any general utility.

Although I suffer from tinnitus I do not have any hearing loss. I did not find anything in this book to help me.
