I bought this book expecting small results but willing to try it. I have quite dry and rough skin so I was interested because of the promise of 'perfect skin'. But, I must admit that I was really impressed by the results and am totally converted to the more natural therapies that Cousin promotes.

My skin has drastically improved and I've saved so much money on making my face masks and cleansers as opposed to buying them. I am pleased that I now know exactly what I am putting on my skin and it is all natural.

I found the face masks were really good. They cleansed my skin so well and I felt that they were even better than the ones I had used before from cosmetic companies because they did not leave my skin feeling tight. The strawberry and Honey mask worked brilliantly on my skin. I also found that the cucumber and honey cleansing milk is the best cleanser I have tried, bar none. I have found this book so helpful in treating my skin.

This book is well worth buying. It is clearly set out, and it is bright, colourful, and attractive. I found it interesting and easy to read. But best of all, the recipes were very easy to make and the ingredients were not difficult to get hold of. However, the real reason to buy this book is because it really does work. 5 stars!!!

Yep this book is good and easy to use. It recomends the use of hydrolat, which is a type of purer water for the recepies, but I had equally good results using rosewater (i.e.), which is so easily available from your local pharmicist.

At the begining they explain the skin situation and suggest the exact recipes you need, then explain all the methods on fical treatment. Essential oil for different skin type at easy find table. Massage techique on FaceLifting comes with Lots of Nutral ingredient recipes! It is a Marvlous Beauty book on the market! And plus the price is Good!You won't regret! I love this Book!
