I take these in conjunction with the Black Cohosh combination from NHP and together they've knocked my night sweats and hot flushes on the head. Been taking them for around 8 weeks and they started working within 2-3 weeks. Not cheap (worth doing subscribe and save to take advantage of cost reduction and also cos if you're menopausal your memory's probably shot so this ensures you never run out!) but got to be worth it to put an end to those rotten symptoms. Definitely worth giving them a try - they really work for me!!
