Each capsule contains 335 mg of EPA and 255 mg of DHA (in some cases this is more than two times the levels found in other brands) consisting of the highest quality and most natural ingredients possible to achieve maximum effectiveness at a correct and safe dosage level. Made from ultra pure wild deep sea fish oil with fish gelatine capsules (instead of standard bovine capsules).
