I have been taking biosil off and on for a year and I definitely prefer to be taking it consistently. I grew a whole new layer of hair on my head, and have enjoyed finally having thick and long eyelashes. I see a difference in my skin, which was just beginning to show the signs of aging. I would never try botox or plastic surgery, but at 35 years of age I am wanting to fend off the aging process as much as I can within reason. This product does the job without any side effects or invasiveness.
If for no other reason, do it for the thicker eyelashes - do not put a prescription product on your eye that could result in blindness when all you have to do is take this wonderful natural product for fast results!

I took this for about 8 months last year and stopped, thinking it wasn't doing anything for me. As I was recently looking through photos of myself taken back months ago, I was struck by how shiny my hair and smooth my skin was! I'm convinced it's these supplements! So I'm back on them to stay! This stuff really, really works! The texture & fullness of my hair has never been better. All of the problems that I've had in the past with my nails are gone. I have beautiful, strong nails with no splitting or peeling. However, it takes 3 or so months before you begin to see results. After 6 months, you will really notice the difference. I've been using BioSil for about a year. Very happy with this product.
