I've been on the program now for three weeks and I do find my energy levels have increased. I also wake up much more energized in the mornings. I would strongly recommend people give the program a try. One down side about the program is that the L-Carnitine and the Coenzyme Q-10 are rather expensive. Also, the publisher's editor needed to do some serious work on this book to cut down on the repetition. Nonetheless, I did find the book very informative and I hope I continue to have the positive results I've enjoyed to this point with the program.

I really went from tired to terrific in 10 days! The book is rather technical and some might be tempted to skip over the drudge to get to the "good stuff", but to understand how the supplements work it is necessary to read all the chapters. I have always said that I was born tired and have been a low energy person my entire life. After just two weeks I was sleeping better and now two months into using the supplements I have more energy than I could have ever imagined. I start a cardio funk dance class tonite!

I've been tired for years, doctors can't seem to explain why. All my tests are fine, but I don't feel well. Finally someone understood my problem. I already ordered the supplements. This book is the solution, it explains how to feel good and stay young in a very simple way. I now believe it is our energy system that is in charge of our lives. I highly recommend it to all babyboomers.

Started reading with energy... but ended very tired
The book became VERY repetitive, and fairly technical. All you need to know is in one chapter.

Natural Energy is well written, understandable, and should be read by all. As a diabetic with high blood pressure, I am amazed at how the program works. Read more
