As with others who have bought this dish it was for the depth.Most casserole type dishes are about half the depth of this dish.Ideal for lasagne and potato topped dishes as you can get enough in for a family of 4 and it wont boil over!

I bought this dish to use as a lasagne dish. There is a recipe i use that we love but in a conventional lasagne dish....the goodness/yumminess bubbled over and out onto the tray below. This dish is absolutely brilliant...nothing spills out...deep enough to contain all the ingredients....hhhmmm. Would be lost without it now. Use it for many other dishes i make and it has never let me down. Would like another, in a different colour!!!! lol..x
