Found these work for me, took a couple of days to build up in my system. They take 20 minutes to start taking effect on me and then half an hour later I would feel fine. I could cope with life.
You can not take Natracalm if you are on depression medication. You also can not drive whilst taking Natracalm. You may feel fine but your reaction time is reduced.
There is other suff out there which is safe to use if you are on medication for panic attacks or depression or if you need to calm down for a driving test, such as Kalms but these didn't work for me.
I also take Natrasleep which encourages natural sleep. Works well for me.

For its price, quite a good product. Keeps you cool for a while, even though it's not strong like a medicine. If you're not suffering from serious nervous problems or insomnia, it's a good choice.

I suffer with occasional panic attacks on public transport and after taking these I feel a lot calmer and more relaxed , just ordered another box
