I bought this product as a friend had lent me one and I found it really useful for middle distance running (6-10 miles). It is lightweight and durable, easy to secure and doesn't move around when running (found it best to use with pouch at front, useful for gels, hair band etc.). The sloshing of water can be distracting if you need to pee!, but generally it allows easy access to water without having to stop and mess around. Have found some warping of rubber stoppers after a while, be careful how you wash them (i.e. not in dishwasher) but only after some heavy use. Best hydration belt I've tried for this distance. Have found a camel pouch is better for any distance over 10 miles, due to amount it can hold and weight distribution.

It's so good to use, can get a 500ml bottle content in both flasks and now own 2 of them. Reccommended to a running friend and she now has her own one instead of using my own! Great to know that you can buy the Nutrition Flask seperately. Also own some of those! I will be back to you again when the Nathan Speed 2 weares out - Could be 3 or 5 years time!
