Any fan of the Anime and Manga of Naruto/Naruto Shippuden will really appreciate this title. Very rarely do game tie-ins stick to their original roots of its story but this has it nailed. Naruto Ninja Storm 2 was also a great title but with Generations it extends the current story to its Anime counterpart. And with 70 characters to choose from - everyone, fans of the series or people new to this type of fighting game will enjoy this, especially as the story mode starts from the very beginning of the series. Online battles are varied, numerous challenges included and so much to unlock, and with 100`s of fighting styles and techniques to choose from no match will ever be the same,on or offline..... This Game is a brilliant game when it comes down to the fighting it really has its own feel yet the story mode is a real let down because 1. The story lines are too short
2. When you could walk around the village in Storm 2 it had its own feel and I and many others enjoyed that but then they took it way and if feels just like another Tekken or Streetfighter story line.
now on to the good aspects of the game:
1. Battles in the game have generally been approved so that there's no more spamming of the Substitution jutsu
2. there are many character to chose from which really varies your team and is fun experimenting who should go with who.

Fun:
as a fan of naruto i couldn't wait to put my hands on this title and as soon as i got it unfortunately my expectationa were a bit disapointed. The game itself it's great and the story mode with it's movies and explanations is quite fun...but it's far away from the fun i got from episode 2. The exploration mode has been removed and so has the epic fights u had to overcome in the second episode. I admit over 70 playable chars is impressive but in the end it gets kinda boring. A must for the fans but if u already have the second episode hold on to that.

I ordered this game for my grandson,he had to wait for the release of it,he said it was worth the wait,AMAZING game, can not wait for a next one.

Help!
Great game and works perfectly other than one thing. The screen is really small, its really narrow (horizontally). Does anyone know if there is an option where I can change this?

As a massive Naruto fan, and having owned and playing EVERY Naruto game released on home console in the UK, totaling over 12 games, this has to be the worst. Read more

Good but not as good as I thought it will be
It is good but the story mode is not as as good as storm 2 because they took away of all lot of stuff e.g walking around the village but apart from that every thing is good.
