Fun:
I asked for this for my birthday. I don't have the first game out of the revolution series, but I'm happy enough with the second one!!! out of the reviews for the revolution series I've read online, it says that the second one is better because it has more characters and an improved story. They were right!!! They are LOADS of characters to play, the graphics are good and it has a new fresh storyline, it isn't just following the story of naruto. the controls are a bit tricky at first, but once you grasp them, battles are really fun. there are tutorials and training missions, so you can grasp the controls before you go into story mode. I really recommend this game!!!
I havent unlocked all the characters yet, but here are the ones I've unlocked so far.
Naruto, sasuke, Sakura, Lee, Neji, Tenten, gaara, temari, kankuro, ino, shikamaru, choji, shino, hinata, kiba, kakashi, guy, jiraiya, tsunade. I think there are others like nine tailed naruto and itachi, but like I said I havent unlocked them all yet.

Fun:
It's good, but it's very tricky to grasp the controls, you have to remember to do so many things It can get really confusing, and even now after viewing the tutorial, and playing the game for about 2 hours, it's still not 100% clear. i'm still struggling with all the controlls.
Other than that it's actually quite good fun, and when you do get the hang of it i'm sure it can be quite good, I haven't really spent enough time on it to get the full idea of the game. Probably better when you have more time to use it.
the game is a little out of date now, it's still pre-shippuuden so the characters power levels are a bit different. Even so if you like Naruto enough it's pretty good fun.
