I bought this seat on impulse during the spell of hot weather in mid-June.
I reckoned that I couldn't really go wrong given the very reasonable asking price. Although the picture suggests that the seat might be rather frail, it seems to be perfectly strong enough once assembled. Assembly was perfectly straightforward and easy, apart from one little snag - the bits of wood coming down on either side of the back were a little too long, preventing the back being put into the correct position. After enduring an almost vertical back for a few days, I decided to remedy the situation. Five minutes work with a junior hacksaw was all that was required. I am now perfectly happy with this product. A word of advice - assemble this chair in the garden to avoid the inconvenience of carrying it through the house fully assembled.

I found it difficult to find a good value and well designed bench for my garden.
This has been out in the garden since the summer and still looks good - will need a coat of varnish after the winter but still looks fab - very sturdy and serves its function very well - looks good !
