Amazon still shows "preparing for dispatch" but it arrived the next day! lol
I found it easy to assemble by myself, only one fiddly bit with the inside screws to fix the arm rest bars in place. I'm satisfied with the overall build quality.
It's not as comfy as I'd hoped.. but this is only due to the lumber support being a little too prominent for me, but luckily I had some filling so that was easily sorted out, it took less than 10 minutes to add some filling to the section above the lumber support.

The vibrate functions are actually much better than expected, so I'll use them now and then but It's not the reason I bought the chair. I can take it or leave it.
Heat is applied to the lumber section, takes 5-10 minutes to get the benefit and only works when vibrate is activated.

Swivel and recline.... easy to operate. It seems to recline farther than shown in the picture :)

What prevents a five star score ? not being able to only have the footstool on vibrate...foot/leg vibrate on this chair is a brilliant feature and very nice to use.

All in all... I like this chair very much, it can be easily modified with extra padding in the seat and back if needed and for £175 it's a real bargain!

Last year I bought a recliner chair but it proved to be more trouble than it was worth , the 'Real Leather' it was advertised as ,was in fact just bond grade which became apparent when splits started appearing in the arm rests .There was nothing for it , if I didn't want to see pieces of leather all over my lounge I would have to buy new chairs .

I looked through all of the recliners and finally settled on Napoli Recliner Black Massage Heat Chair And Foot Stool , reasonably priced , the ones I purchased were being sold by the UK mobility store , they have a freephone number so I decided to ring them for a little more information . The sales staff were very helpful informing me that the seat and back of this chair are Leather , while the sides back and arms are Faux Leather , That was all I needed to order two .

I placed my order Tuesday afternoon and after looking to see if it had been dispatched contacted UK mobility to ask who their carrier was ,I was told it was TNT and to expect delivery anytime between Friday and the following Wednesday . Thursday Morning at 10:30 am my chairs were delivered ....Fantastically Speedy Delivery !

The Chairs and footstools were boxed , self assembly as was stated on the webpage ... If you attempt this make certain that there are TWO of you present , its quite fiddly .

We took out each piece and laid it out on cardboard to avoid any marks on the leather or wood , opened the small instruction manual and started to assemble a chair .Starting with the base ( I noticed straight away that there were some chips of wood missing from the base, but emailed UK mobility and am awaiting a reply ) .

I absolutely love this chair, I have a problem with my back and after sitting in this for half an hour i feel 100% better. I would have liked it to do my neck as well but it does everywhere else so i can't complain. From your calves up to the tip of your head it gently vibrates and massages. it didn't take to long to put together but i would recommend 2 people doing it as it needs 2 pairs of hands. It has a heat function that just seems to soothe your pain away. I recommend this to anyone it is fabulous

I bought this for my girlfriend a year ago for Christmas, and she loves it! The settings all work well and it is comfy. This isn't the most glamorous product on the market, but "it does exactly what it says on the tin" and is good value for money. My dad bought a luxury massage chair for £1000 a few years ago and the overall difference when using it is minimal.

These are not the most overly comfortable chairs in the world be they do the job well enough and the added massage function has come in very useful at times. Fairly easy to put together, some parts of the assembly require two people but doesn't require and degree in engineering to construct. Considering the price (at the time) can't really ask for more.

After owning 2 of these since April 2014, i change my mind on how good they were then. As lovely a novelty as they are, iv used the massage feature about half a dozen times. its pretty rubbish.

But, the main thing for me is the comfort, i cant seem to sit comfortably without one of the massage pieces sticking in somewhere or a metal bar digging into my ankle when i try to put my feet under me which is the way i like to sit.

Another huge problem iv had is how many times iv had to put screws back in, these were assembled perfectly at the start but now we have the tools kept near the chairs because at least 3 times a week were having to piece it back together.

My husband has had issues with the foot stool. Its become extremely wobbly, the wood where the screws is has worn away leaving gaping holes so the top isnt secure any more. I really regret buying these and now want a sofa again.
