These were bought for my father who has advanced Parkinson's Disease. They are smart enough to use when eating out, as well as at home, as they look very similar to an ordinary paper napkin. The clever parts are the sticky strip at the top, which adheres easily to any clothes & the fold-out part at the bottom, which will catch any bits of food neatly. Highly recommended.
