This release features both the films from the family franchise Nanny McPhee, scripted and acted by Oscar winning actress Emma Thompson.

In this dark and witty fable, Emma Thompson (Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix, An Education) portrays a person of unsettling appearance and magical powers who enters the household of the recently widowed Mr. Brown (Colin Firth - Bridget Jones's Diary, Girl with a Pearl Earring) and attempts to tame his seven exceedingly ill-behaved children.The children have managed to drive away 17 previous nannies but as Nanny McPhee takes control, they begin to notice that their vile behaviour now leads swiftly and magically to rather startling consequences.

Nanny McPhee/Nanny McPhee & The big bang are both really entertaining films for the whole family.They were equally as good but in the second film the animals were brilliant.If your into fantasy with good humour( In my opinion)this box set is a very good buy.

As stated. Delivery a little slow, but ordered just after Christmas, so that could have been the reason for the delay.

Good film!
Seen the first Nanny McPhee before but still enjoyed watching it again. Second one not quite as good but worth watching.

Fantastic!
This was great Sunday afternoon viewing. I watched both films with a friend, (we are both the wrong side of 40) and they are just lovely films to watch.
