Digimon Rumble Arena is an amazing game! It has to be the first digimon game that is totally based on the TV series. The game has the same voices that are in the series (apart from Takato and Gatomon) and doing your special attacks are sooooooo easy in this game, because it is either the Triangle button or the Circle button.

There are plenty of characters to go and characters to unlock. You can go Guilmon/Gallantmon, Renamon/Sykayomon, Terriermon/MegaGargomon, Agumon/WarGreymon, Gabumon/MetalGarurumon, Gatomon/Magnadramon, Patamon/Seraphimon, Veemon/Imperialdramon(fighter mode) and Wormon/Stingmon from the start of the game, then you can unlock Reapermon, BlackWarGreymon (who is my favorite), Impmon/Beizilmon, Omnimon and Imperialdramon(palidin mode).

One thing i don't like about this game is that you can only digivolve into once, but it is still worth your money. If you are any digimon fan, you would buy this game, it is a must !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Fighting gams come no better than on the PSone. But one of the all time greatest games for the Nintendo was Super Smash Brothers. The newest version of it has been posted onto the the GameCube, and is extremly promising. So when Digimon Rumble Arena turned out to be an interactive Playstation beat 'em up, the game turned out to be worth it's size in gold.
You have nine digimon to battle with and can unlock more by completing the game more than once. The levels provide interactive scenery, allowing players to jump up and down the screen and get power-ups. In the Revolution stage, you can be standing on the floor, then standing on the ceiling, then crashing to earth again. In the garbage disposal level, if you stand on a platform too long, you get thrown into the waste disposal underneath you.
Wheter you like fighting games or not, everybody should own Digimon Rumble Arena.

Digimon "Fun" Arena 24 Aug 2009
Fun:
First off, this game is fun. I think that this is one of the funnest fighting games on the PS1. (Second only to the almighty Ehrgeiz)

Multiplayer makes this game, and I can't seem to get bored of smashing my opponent out of the arena with War Greymon =]

The arcade mode of this game is easy to a point. I had no trouble breezing through the first rounds, until the final battle. (I had to come back to it as I was fed up of continuing :P)

If you are a fan of Digimon you will love this game. Digivolving and powerups make this game a wholly enjoyable experience!!
