i first heard this amazing mantra whilst in the arthur findlay college in stanstead. i was instantly hooked.

its meaning i believe is 'i bow to shiva' the inner being.

this mantra is an inspiration, and i highly recommend it to anyone interested in self awareness.

This cd was playing in the background before I received my reiki attunements, I feel totally calm when it is being played and also I play track one on repeat to cleanse my house after I have finished my beauty clients for the day.
