I see one reviewer claiming NTSC is a higher grade format for buying the Bond Ultimate Editions.. is this true? PAL has a higher picture density, and I have always found it to be superior, but is it different in how it deals with colour, for example?

NTSC is inferior to PAL because it has a lower resolution. The above reviewer is wrong to suggest otherwise.
