Hi, I am sorry to say that I did not find this book very helpful in any way. I learned very little and most of the things that were shown had very few examples to go by. Real-life problems and situations were not represented. A good portion of the book focused in Windows NT 3.5 which had little appeal to me. For a more advanced user, this book may be helpful, but for a beginning and high intermediate user, this book is of little or no use.
