This is a great product and I have enjoyed it very much. If you understand it and know how to use it, (as in do your research!) then this is a great product and it tastes fab. It has been a lifesaver for me as I prefer savoury breakfast so it is fab in savoury oats. Sweet breakfasts are terrible for your blood sugar! It makes a very very yummy "cheese" tasting sauce which I have used in gluten free pasta bean and veg bakes and on white gluten free pizzas. If you are looking for a rich savoury flavour and you are vegan then this product is perfect it also helps when transitioning between vegetarian and vegan in replacing cheese.

I ordered this based on the product description which clearly states "Nutritional Yeast FLAKES" but what I received was "Nutritional Yeast POWDER" which is a different product altogether. It tastes terrible certainly not as good as the flakes.

I'm not sure it works I didn't take it for long enough because it tastes nasty. And it's very expensive. So, because of question mark on efficacy (albeit through ny own fault), nasty taste and high cost, I will not buy again.
