Good introduction,
By A Customer
This review is from: Nlp: the New Technology of Achievement (Paperback)
I agree with one reviewer's comments on the "clinical" writing style of the book. There's a somewhat impersonal, managemential voice to the book, and the constant, dogmatic "NLP is the answer to everything" tone ingratiates at times. But, once you get past the style, this is a great introduction to NLP. The ideas are clearly, concisely explained and laid out in an organized fashion with plenty of headings. Like a textbook, there are 43 meaningful exercises here that lead you through all the concepts presented. I looked over quite a few NLP books before this one. This is simply the most practical, organized, learnable really, intro to NLP I've seen. Hopefully, a more personal version can be written someday.

A Great Book,

This review is from: NLP: The New Technology of Achievement (Paperback)
If its an understanding of NLP you're after, and the chance to practice some exercises, easily and clearly explained in plain english, then this is the book for you. I knew nothing of NLP, and after reading this book was inspired enough to go to a seminar on the subject. Now, some six months later, I am looking into taking a practitioner course. If you want enough info to make a valued decision, without being baffled by lots of technical stuff, buy this book.

A Super Book that delivers Super Results!,
By A Customer
This review is from: Nlp: the New Technology of Achievement (Paperback)
My personal testimony is that I have had a stuttering problem for more than 30 yrs and have always been shy and timid. The exercises in this book did more for me in days than what all of the motivational books, tapes, consultations did in 20-30 yrs! I was originally introduced to NLP THROUGH ANTHONY ROBBINS book Unlimited Power, but got little results. I also highly recommend Success Mastery through NLP FOR MORE Advanced Techniques.
