Biography

Nirvana were formed by singer/guitarist Kurt Cobain and bassist Krist Novoselic in Aberdeen, Washington in 1987. Nirvana went through a succession of drummers, the longest-lasting being Dave Grohl, who joined the band in 1990.

This is undoubtably the best song on Nevermind. It contains some of the most memorable lyrics form all the Nirvana songs. The live version of Drain You is twice as good as the one on Muddy Banks. School is a great song containing one of the best riffs by Cobain. It is definitly worth getting!

"funny" lyrics when you know the end of Cobain's story : "no I swear I don't have a gun..." fabulous song !
