Saw the other reviews on here and thought it worth a try. Disappointed that the leads turned up in a plastic wrapper, looking like a cheap product that is obviously is. Not in genuine Wii packaging (BEWARE - ITEM NOT AS PICTURE so technically missold), and therefore not a genuine Wii product.

Made no difference in terms of picture quality for me personally - this is on a 40" Sony TV. So all in all a waste of time and money; with the only good thing being not much money wasted to find out what I already have is as good as its going to get! Worth finding out though :-)

I was a bit miffed with my Wii knowing that it was capable of better picture quality - and that I wasn't getting it.

These inexpensive component cables have let me get the enhanced definition image I was after and it is noticeable. Although the Wii isn't (yet) able to provide HD output, the Enhanced Definition is definitely a step up.

Edges and movements seem sharper. I used to get small diagonal moving lines and "jaggies" in areas of high colour contrast - but not now.

In a nutshell: There is definitely an improvement with image quality when using these as opposed to the standard bundled cable, though not everyone notices a *significant* difference. Smoother, sharper, and cleaner images make for a more pleasant experience, and it's nice to know you're getting the full quality capable from the Wii.

Ok so it wasn't what the picture shows but it works really well (Toshiba 42" TV) but what do you expect for �2 ?? The difference is more than just noticable. Not sure how bad the eyesight of other reviewers is but to not notice the change they must have been looking out of the window, not at the TV.
