This sender worked fine for me. There are two labelled scart leads. Ensure the transmitter scart is connectected to the transmitting device and the recieving scart is connected to the recieving device.

Set up was easy enough even though I had to find a composite cable as the one supposed to be in the box was missing - that happens. Good picture for a few minutes but any movement in the room created interference and a crackled picture. Returned exactly what had been included in the box which then caused an argument at the till because missing things in the box isn't something that happens at Maplins. Would suggest looking elsewhere.

The sole intention for this purchase was to overcome the drawbacks of my 2.4GHz video sender.Did it? In a nutshell NO.
My guess is that the directivity of the sender/receiver acts against it in receiving a clear signal compared to the omnidirectional operation of my 2.4GHz system. I suspect that this equipment will work perfectly well when operated in a line of sight installation but not through walls where line of sight cannot be established.
