I have had this since it was first realised a few years ago.I have owned most of the coffee machime, Tassimo and Senseo but this is the one I rate the best.
Firstily its incredabiley easy to use, the pod system is a doddle and also very clean to use.Sometimes with other coffee makers it can get messy.
Also there is a huge variety of drinks you can make- Dolce continuousily update their range and have a vast choice. From espresso's, to hot chocolates to lattes that also look amazing. Its brilliant if you just want a quick cuppa or if you want to impress friends.
I would highily recommend visiting the dolce gusto web site and having a look at the wonderful range you can serve.
The next thing is the time it takes. It is very quick, but I usually just pre-heat the water once then re-heat and serve to make sure my drink is warm.
In the box you also get a selection of cups for serving, which is great and free pods.My favourite is the glass which I also purchased more from their online shop.If you registe on line they send you discount vouchers and update you on recipes .
The only downside is the cost of the pods- which have decreased over the years and are now available in most supermarkets.
Overall if you are wanting a coffee machine that can make a really lovely tasting cup of coffee I would only recommend this. If you want a machine thats versatile, quick and has variety again I would recommend this. It has lasted me well and I can guarantee if you get it you will be sipping new coffee and feeling like your own satisfactory starbucks !

First off the machine is really well made with the usable parts being made of metal. It looks great in my kitchen too.
Then there is the huge amount of bonus extras you get including the welcome pack, your voucher for a free box of capsules, points to spend online and right now there is a free box of mocha with every purchase!
Then there are the drinks my favourite being the latte macchiato a real creamy coffe which is a real treat. I also like the cafe classico as an everyday coffe aswell as the cafe lungo.
My wife and kids love the choccocino which is a real velvety creamy hot chocolate.
I had a senseo which is a good little coffe machine but the pods available in my local supermarkets are very limited and the only way to get more flavours was bulk online orders which was very costly.
This machine knocks spots off it and is worth every penny.

Was pleased with the ease of use and range of coffee that can be purchased,but had a problem with the water needle getting blocked so no water comes out.rang the customer services who told us that it was probably a coffee grain blocking the needle and told us what to do for the older model that has removable needle assembly but not for this one. we managed to remove the blockage ourselves by pushing a fine needle into the water needle,but it has happened twice more since then.Nestle are now replacing it with a new one and looking into fault on old one.
