Amazon Verified Purchase
This is not a complete series 1-3 it is a selection of 7 of the episodes taken from the series. I ordered this thinking I was getting the complete series. I am appalled at the false claims not only amazon but by the other sellers. This is false advertising and contraviens trading standards. There are only seasons of The Nero Wolfe Mysteries, not 3 there are 8 episodes in total for Season 1 and 12 episodes in Season 2. Get your facts right Amazon! Very poor!!

We have been waiting for years for this series of Nero Wolfe DVD's to be released here in the UK. This is actually a belgian set, which also plays in English. It defaults to Belgian Subtitles & you have to switch them off, which isn't obvious via the DVD settings. But once you've sussed it once its OK. The acting & stories are excellent & you can easily watch them again & again. Cannot recommend these enough. Buy them, you will certainly enjoy watching them.

I have been a fan of Rex Stout's books for many years and these plays caught the characters and Nero Wolfe's home. I am very pleased that they are now available to buy commercially produced recordings.

Good, but not the best
I was looking for the Lee Horsley, William Conrad "version", but not available for the moment on DVD so I thought I'd try this one. This "version" is very watchable all the same.
