Synopsis

This wild tale showcases Jackie Chan's skills and charm as he plays both Meng Yi, a Qin Dynasty general, and as the same character's reincarnation, Jack Lee. Lee is an archaeologist, but spends much of his time experiencing strange memories from his past life. With an unusual and complex plot that interweaves many disparate elements, this is certainly a departure from Chan's typical work.

I so enjoyed the US DVD of The Myth I re-bought a big Box set with "clay" that contains a "temple idol" from the movie and a fullbitrate DTS track.
Now Blu-ray quality replaces trinkets and DVD in this new edition that looks and sounds better than any version so far; even though only Dolby Digital (Original recipe) still sounds great. This Blu-ray contains everything the SE did and with a better A/V. It's huge, noisy, big budget film that plays like "Raiders of the Lost KurosawaBondfinger with a Timeshifting Jackie Chan." I mean this film is a crazy confection with the kitchen sink doing a fly by; but I find it a satisfying epic with Jackies' light "feelgood" attitude in it. BD best so far, works in the States, extras don't

A fast moving true to style,(jackie chan) TAKES YOU ON A ROLLER COASTER RIDE BACK IN TIME ,THEN NOW,THEN BACK ,NOW BACK, NOW YOU GET THE DRIFT.THE FILM IS STUNNING TO LOOK AT BUT VERY HARD TO FOLLOW AT TIMES .BUT LIKE LOTS OF FILMS AT HOME YOU CAN WATCH IT AGAIN ,I DID ,AND ENJOYED IT EVEN MORE ,MAGIC,MYSTICAL,FAST MOVING,STUNNING,SO NOW YOU KNOW I LOVED IT, SO WILL YOU,
