My World,

A beautifully produced and lovingly arranged debut album, serving as a showcase for this young man's astounding voice. Ranging from the haunting "Reverie" (my favourite) to the potentially chart topping of "Listen to the Voices" it seems to me that despite his young years, Inigo carries within an innate sense of tenderness and compassion which he draws upon for every track he performs.One reviewer on Amazon said "A CD for everyone - certainly for those of us in our 40's!" I work in education and can tell you that many of the pupils at my school watched the video http://www.inigobyrne.com/html/video.php and were very impressed, so he most definitely has an appeal to the younger generation too. Perhaps his next album will embrace a more youthful audience (after all, he is a fan of the Red Hot Chili Peppers!). Should he so desire, I think that 10 years from now he could be a Superstar, and I for one thank him for sharing this magical moment with us.

Refreshing ! Exciting ! The songs just keep going round my head and I keep humming them. The lead track |"Listen to the Voices" is simply the best song I have heard for many, many years. A CD for everyone - certainly for those of us in our 40's !

I was a little disappointed with this CD. Having recently bought the Joseph McManners 'In Dreams' CD I found the latter much more naturally sung and with a good fresh voice; but Inigo, who no doubt also has a good treble voice, seems determined to sing as a committed 'pop' star on most of the tracks, and without the 'innocence' I connect with the treble voice.
But that is only my opinion, after all.
