5.0 out of 5 stars My 7 year old son loves this 16 Feb 2011
Format:Kindle Edition
I downloaded this for my son as a bedtime story and he loves it. It is set around a boy who hates school and whose teachers do crazy things to get them to learn. It's a good fun story that kids will love and that sneakily teaches them something at the same time. I can highly recommend it.

5.0 out of 5 stars Very funny and clever 18 Jan 2013
Format:Kindle Edition|Verified Purchase
Both myself and my Grandson (aged almost 8) loved this book, in fact, it made us both laugh out loud. Its a clever 'slant' on school and school teachers. We both want to read the other books in the series

5.0 out of 5 stars Fabulous 8 Jan 2013
Format:Kindle Edition|Verified Purchase
It's very funny but the underhanded way miss daisy gets the children to participate in her class is a must read for any adult/child who didn't/doesn't feel confident at school. Excellent author and illustrator.

5.0 out of 5 stars Funny and thought provoking for student teachers 28 Dec 2012
Format:Kindle Edition|Verified Purchase
Charming role reversal, where the children teach the teacher how to read,write...or so miss daisy lets them think. Her dizzy approach wins over the children and helps them see the value of school.
Great, easy read for children aged 8+.
Funny,sweet and enjoyable.
