4.0 out of 5 stars My Voodoo Too 7 Sep 2002
Format:Paperback
A thoroughly entertaining and informative second book from Rene Carayol and David Firth, I found this book inspiring in much the same way as Paulo Coelho's "The Alchemist". It makes a fine sequel to "Corporate Voodoo" and is equally cross-cultural, virtual-leading, customer-leading and empowering. From "Corporate Voodoo" and "My Voodoo" I believe that anyone making a change in their business - be it a large corporate or small family concern - can benefit from the "Voodoo" approach, but one has to be open-minded and ready to accept a more subjective approach to business and life strategies driven by self-belief and what the authors call "personal Voodoo"; as the book says "Voodoo is risk embracing and courageous". If you can get over the references to Harry Potter and "Lord of the Rings", this book is also a refreshing approach to self-enlightenment .

1.0 out of 5 stars Horrible! 13 Feb 2004
By A Customer - Published on Amazon.com
Format:Paperback
Sad to see that two hucksters find it necessary to defame an Afro-centric religion just to flim-flam corporate America!

I wonder when they will write a book designed to power up the mindless herd of corporate America by defaming the christian or moslem religions as well.

Downright shameful!
